Introduction

These terms explain how Life Laboratory operates and what you can expect when you use this website or engage its services.

The Service

Life Laboratory provides a defined Decision Clarity Audit followed by a Correction Plan. The engagement examines how signals, assumptions, authority, responsibility and current conditions are shaping a specified decision environment. The engagement concludes with delivery and discussion of the Correction Plan. Implementation remains with the client and is not part of the Life Laboratory engagement.

Life Laboratory is based in the United Kingdom. It is not a regulated financial adviser, investment firm, legal practice, technical assurance provider or management consultancy.

Client Responsibility

The client remains responsible for all decisions made within its organisation. The client decides whether and how to implement the Correction Plan. The audit does not guarantee a particular commercial, operational, regulatory or organisational outcome. Life Laboratory does not provide legal, financial, technical assurance or regulatory certification unless separately and explicitly agreed by an appropriately qualified provider.

Website Use

Permitted uses include: legitimate search-engine indexing; accessibility technology; ordinary link previews; personal reading and research.

Prohibited uses include: malicious scraping or unauthorised bulk extraction of content; attempts to interfere with or disrupt the website's operation; security testing without permission; use that infringes intellectual-property rights; using the website to cause harm or mislead others.

Contact Form and Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry via the contact form, you agree that Life Laboratory may review your enquiry to assess whether an audit appears suitable. Submission does not create an engagement or guarantee a response. Your information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Confidential Information

Do not submit confidential, legally privileged, security-sensitive or special-category personal information through the public Contact form. Any formal client engagement includes a separate confidentiality agreement.

Disclaimer of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Life Laboratory is not liable for any loss of profit, revenue or opportunity; any indirect, incidental or consequential loss; reliance on information on this website; or decisions made without a formal engagement. Limitation of Liability

Except for fraud or gross negligence, the total liability of Life Laboratory shall not exceed the fees paid for services in connection with the relevant matter. If no formal engagement has taken place, liability is limited to £100.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Formal Client Agreements

If you engage Life Laboratory as a client, a separate written proposal and service agreement will govern that engagement. These website terms are supplemented by that agreement for matters covered within it.
