SOC — Case Files

These case files make the diagnostic reasoning of SOC visible. They examine how signals, assumptions, authority and decision conditions interact under pressure.

They are analytical applications of the method. They show how a situation can be examined through SOC; they do not, by themselves, demonstrate that SOC has produced a particular client outcome.

Each case references real statements, public actions, and observable institutional responses included as evidence, not commentary. Read as diagnostics: what became thinkable, what stopped being surprising, and where decision space held or thinned.
